Zoom App User Guide

This guide explains how users can connect, use, and disconnect Zoom for video consultations on the OOhmie platform.

Getting Started with Zoom on OOhmie

To use Zoom video consultation features, you must first sign up or log in to the OOhmie Beauty website.
OOhmie hosts multiple registered beauty service providers (sellers) who offer video consultation services through the platform.

How to Use Zoom for Video Consultation
Steps to Join a Zoom Video Consultation

1. 1.Log in to your OOhmie account (Buyer or Seller).
   2.Navigate to your Dashboard.
   3.Click on the Video Consultation Orders tab.
   4.You will be redirected to the Orders page, where your scheduled video consultations are listed.
   5.Locate the relevant order and click on Join Zoom Meeting.
   6.You will be prompted to provide consent for meeting recording (if applicable).
   7.Once consent is given, you will be redirected to the Zoom meeting room.
   8.You can continue the video consultation for the scheduled duration.
   
   

During the Meeting

• The meeting will automatically end once the allotted time is completed, or
  You may manually end the session by clicking the End button in Zoom.
  After the meeting ends, you will be automatically redirected back to the OOhmie Video Consultation Orders page.

How Zoom Is Added to OOhmie

Zoom is integrated directly into the OOhmie platform to enable seamless video consultations.
Users do not need to manually create Zoom meetings outside the system. Meeting links are generated automatically when a video consultation order is scheduled.
