Purpose
OOhmie’s privacy policy safeguards personal information across its mobile app, website, retail platform, and customer support. It replaces previous versions to meet both Apple & Google data transparency standards.

Data Collected
Personal Identity: Name, profile image, titles
Contact Info: Email, phone, address, emergency contact
Account Details: Passwords, bookings, transactions
Sensitive Info: Health status, allergies (with consent)
Device Data: IP, OS, GPS, usage logs

Use of Data
Used to:
Deliver services/products
Match users with providers
Process payments, resolve disputes
Improve platform experience via analytics
Send notifications (marketing only with consent)

Data Sharing & Transfers
Shared only with vetted third parties (e.g., Stripe, AWS, Zendesk) under contract. Data may be processed outside Canada under GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security & Retention
SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access, privacy training
Retention: Account data (5 years), transactions (7 years), media (30–90 days)
